Preceptorship Nurse - Learning Disability & Autism Service

Location: Cheadle, Staffordshire

Salary: £34,611 - £39,733 (£17.75 - £20.40 per hour)

+ £5,000 welcome bonus, £1,200 LD allowance & £1,000 annual anniversary allowance

Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours available - you can choose depending on your preference (options of: 11.5 hours, 23 hours, 34.5 hours or 37.5 hours)

Shifts: Options of Days only ( 7.30am - 8pm ) or Nights only ( 7.15pm - 7.45am ) or Mixed shifts on a rotational basis - you can choose depending on your preference

Preceptorship Programme:

• The Hospital has a strong commitment to provide support for newly qualified nurses. This is via a purpose built, structured and comprehensive preceptorship programme. The programme is completed over a 12 week period where you will be a fully supernumerary nurse. This allows you to fully immerse yourself into learning aspects of your new role, whilst having a nurse mentor to work alongside.

• A newly qualified Registered Nurse ( RMN, RNLD, RGN ) ? The Hospital welcomes applications from Mental Health Nurses, Learning Disability Nurses and General Nurses. Full training and support will be given by your own designated mentor.

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK?
