Compass Associates are excited to be working with a leading private hospital group who are looking for a Quality & Risk Manager to lead their team in central London. This is a full-time position, which does require flexibility across the week to meet the needs of the company. We are looking for candidates who are currently working as a Quality & Risk Manager/ Quality & Compliance Manager or an Operational role within a Private Hospital.                 

The Quality and Risk Manager is an integral part of the Clinical Governance team. Working with stakeholders and supporting the clinical teams, the role is responsible for identifying areas for improvement and developing robust systems, processes and programs that will lead to the delivery of exceptional care. The private hospital operates a Care Group Structure and the successful candidate will work alongside The Head of Nursing for Surgery to support a model of shared governance and supported quality improvement for the Surgical Wards and all our Outpatient departments as an additional function of the role.

Requirements                                  

- Management/ supervisory experience  

- Problem solving ability

- Ability to gain a detailed knowledge of Meditech  

- 2 years relevant management level professional experience  

- Detailed knowledge and experience of all processes within Quality and governance   

Location                                  

The role is based in Central London and is commutable from Soho, Islington, North Finchley and surrounding areas London Areas. The Hospital is located a short walk away from Londo Underground so is also commutable from Londo outskirts as well.
