An opportunity to work as a Unit Manager/Registered Nurse in an small complex nursing facility in Rotherham has become available. With an overall rating of 'outstanding' in all areas with the CQC, we are looking for an RGN, RMN or RNLD Registered Nurse to lead the nurse team. The role will be a full-time position with a rate of up to £18.95ph, plus a £5000 welcome bonus.

As the Unit Manager, your main duties will be to lead the team during your shift, ensuring the service fully meets medical, physical and emotional requirements of the adults in your care. You will also be expected to ensure compliance with clinical governance framework whilst mentoring and motivating colleagues.

We are looking for a Unit Manager/Registered Nurse to work day or night shifts on 33, 38.5 or 44 hours per week with a starting salary of up to £18.95ph (£44,000pa).

As the Unit Manager you will receive a £5000 welcome bonus as well as paid access to excellent training and development. In addition, your DBS will be paid for, and your NMC will be paid for after 12 months.
