- Salary: £27,500- £36,000 per annum (band 5 / 6 ) - negotiable depending on experience
- Hours: Full or Part Time hours available

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Theatre Nurse / Practitioner to join a highly reputable and leading private hospital based in Manchester. The role is working within a friendly and driven and thriving theatre team who are looking for a like-minded Theatre Nurse / Practitioner to join them. The hospital has a reputation of providing high quality care and has been recently awarded an "OUTSTANDING" CQC rating. This is a great position for a driven Theatre Nurse / Practitioner to work within a supportive team in a hospital that boasts excellent facilities. The hospital offers a range of specialist treatments including paediatric care and critical care.
Duties and responsibilities
You will be working as a Theatre Nurse / Practitioner and will be responsible for the following;
- Preparing the operating theatre for surgery
- Preparing instrumentation, equipment and supplies
- Ensuring waste is kept to a minimum
- Run theatre list without supervision
- Perform anaesthetic duties
- Work across a variety of specialities
- Be NMC / HCPC registered - your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Minimum of 1 year's theatre experience in the UK
- Able to showcase excellent patient care
- Compassionate and caring

Person Specification: All applicants for the role of Theatre Nurse must have a valid NMC / HCPC Registration with no restrictions and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Applicants must also have at least 1 years theatre experience in the UK.
