A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Staff Nurse ( RGN ) - Pre-Operative Assessment to join a highly reputable private hospital based in Reading. The hospital has state of the art facilities and this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Staff Nurse ( RGN ) to join their friendly team working in Pre-Operative Assessment. The team are passionate about person centred care and put their patients at the heart of everything they do and looking for a like-minded Staff Nurse ( RGN ) to join them. The hospital covers a wide range of specialities and procedures including orthopaedics, gynaecology, cardio and many more.

Duties and responsibilities

You will be working as a Staff Nurse- Pre-Operative Assessment as part of our nursing team and will be responsible for:

• Conducting pre-op assessment or patients (virtual and face to face)
• Analysing results and communicating with consultants and/ or anaesthetists
• Assessing patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload
• Assisting in the delivery of care for meet the patients' needs

Who we're looking for

• Be NMC registered RGN - your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• At least 1 years post-qualification surgical experience in the UK
• Excellent communication skills
• Well organised
