A PCN in North Leeds is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join their team on a permanent long-term contract. You'll be working across sites but you'll know in advance where you'll be based, so you'll not be traveling loads day to day.

They can accommodate 3-5 days of work and can be flexible which days are worked. You'll be achieving a Band 7 salary, NHS pension, 6 weeks of annual leave and indemnity will be included in the package.

This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of General Practice, you'll need to be experienced with doing the following to be successful for the role:

* Medicines Quality Improvement

* Patient-Facing Clinical Medication Review

* Medicines Safety

* Management of Basic Common/Minor Ailments

* F2F and Telephone Medicines Support

* Repeat Prescribing

* Service Development

They can consider those with hospital or community background, although those applicants who have primary care/general practice experience will be prioritised.

You MUST have a vocational master's degree in pharmacy (4 years) or equivalent + 1 year pre-registration training.

Ideally you'll also have your V300 prescribing qualification (or be working towards it), but it is not essential and training will be provided if needed. Successful completion of the CPPE General Practice Pharmacist Training Pathway would also help an application, but is not essential to be considered.
