An experienced RGN/Adult Nurse with a background in nursing homes is required to work as Lead Nurse in a leading, fully CQC compliant, Lewisham care home.

As RGN Lead Nurse, your duties will include providing effective clinical leadership and line management to the care and nursing teams as well as supervising and monitoring the delivery of clinical and personal care.

The successful candidate for this Lead Nurse post will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified Adult General Nurse/RGN with up-to-date NMC registration

• Experienced in a leadership or supervisory role such as Senior Nurse within a UK care home setting

• Confident undertaking clinical assessments and in all aspects of care management

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and an effective leader
