Bupa Health Centre Administrator- 37.5 hours | Administration | Norwich | Permanent | Full Time | 37.5 hours | £20,475 per annum

We are looking for a Bupa Health Centre Administrator- 37.5 hours to join our team here at Spire Norwich Hospital. This is a permanent full time position, working 37.5 hours per week. Our working week is Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00.

You will work with the centre manager and provide support to the clinic. No two days will truly be the same in this post. You will support in all aspects of administration for the centre. Answering calls, processing data, coordinating diaries, interacting with colleagues, working within existing procedures and general office duties

You will be based in an office alongside our other administrators, but being able to work on your own initiative is key, alongside accuracy and attention to detail

Duties and responsibilities:

• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
• Ensure our patients always receive the best possible service

Who we're looking for:

• Someone who is highly organised and accurate and works well under pressure
• Experience working in a similar environment would be beneficial
• A good communicator with excellent computer literacy
• An adaptable individual who will need to be able to work flexibly to support the needs of the business
