Further Details: We are delighted to be recruiting for a passionate Staff Nurse to working within the pre-assessment department joining our growing private hospital based in Colchester, Essex. Duties and responsibilities;

Working as a Staff Nurse in the pre-assessment department you will be responsible for the following;

• Undertake pre-operative assessment of patients awaiting elective surgery
• Work across a range of specialities
• Ensure patients are physically and psychologically prepared for the operative procedure
• Provide patients appropriate information provision and identify potential discharge concerns

Who we are looking for;

All applicants for the role of Staff Nurse must meet the following criteria;

• Valid NMC pin with no restrictions or conditions
• Full eligibility to live and work in the UK without requiring sponsorship
• At least 1 years experience in a similar setting
• Committed to maintaining and improving patient experience
• Good working knowledge of CQC standards
• Warm and empathetic character
