Ward Manager - Eating Disorders and CAMHS

Location: Breaston

• Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 per annum - negotiable depending on your experience + £5,000 welcome and retention bonus
• Hours: Full Time
• Shifts: Monday - Friday 9-5 with oncall requirements

Further Details : An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced RMN or RNLD (Registered Mental Health Nurse, Registered Learning Disabilities nurse ) to work within fantastic Brand new 17 bed Eating Disorders and CAMHS Service near to Derby. This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leading eating disorders service in newly built modern surroundings really helping to shape and establish the service with a friendly and supportive team

Service Details: This Hospital is an inpatient rehabilitation and recover service for children and younger adults aged 8- 25 years suffering from an Eating Disorder and mental health needs, We will have 2 wards, one 7-bed ward for patient aged 8-17 with Eating Disorders and one 10-bed ward for patients aged 18-25 with Eating Disorders.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who displays the same desire and passion for care, showing integrity, kindness, and an ambition for personal development.

There are also plenty of opportunities to undertake additional training courses externally on top of the extensive in-house training.

You will be:

• A Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse ( RNLD ) with a background in Eating Disorders, CAMHS or PICU.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK
• 5+ years post qualified experience, 2 of which years in a management or team leader position
• Clear NMC PIN without restriction
• Motivated and passionate.
• Assertive and Imaginative.
