Nursing Home Details: I am looking for highly motivated experienced Registered nurse ( RGN, RMN ) Registered Nurse, Adult Nurse or Mental health nurse to work within a beautiful family friendly care home located in Benfleet, Essex. The Home is a friendly care home that offers nursing, residential, residential dementia and nursing dementia care. Adults with Parkinson's are also welcome, as are respite needs.

All care objectives were considered when the facility was purpose-built, and the patio and garden areas add to a relaxing lifestyle.

A trained and friendly team practice high levels of care for a diverse range of needs, incorporating the latest care sector expertise that is personalised to suit individual requirements.

Role: As the Unit Registered Nurse Manager you will be responsible for a specific part of the home and delivering the very best level of care. You will take responsibility for all aspects of care within the home, whilst promoting our key values of choice, dignity and respect. Always seeking to share your clinical knowledge and experience, you will provide valuable support to members of the home's care team, offering valuable guidance and assistance
