Right now, we are looking for a Clinical Unit Manager to develop their nursing career at our home located in Glasgow, Lanarkshire.

About the Home:

Our care home provides quality 24-hour care for older residents. Individualised care plans are offered to those who are living with dementia, old age and physical disability. We are looking for a Registered Nurse RGN / RMN/ RNLD qualified Unit Manager to come and join our friendly team.

About the role:

As the Clinical Unit Manager nurse this will mean overseeing the care of every one of the residents in your area of the care home. You'll even run the whole home when the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager are absent. And, whether you're following up on any resident visits related to ill health, administering prescribed medicines or keeping records to meet statutory legal requirements .

Training & Development:

The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. Nurses will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where nurses can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.

Nurses will have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills. You will receive ongoing support from your Manager Training and development is one of the major ethos' of the care home.
