Leaders In Care are looking for a Staff Nurse to join a leading private hospital based in South East London with a salary of up to £35,510. This position includes a welcome bonus of £1000 after your probation, £1000 after 12 months and £1000 after 2 years and continuously each year!

The private hospital specialises in brain injury, mental health, neuro-rehabilitation and complex care. As a Staff Nurse you will care for patients with physical and cognitive impairments resulting from a brain injury or other neurological condition.

The ideal Staff Nurse will:

• Be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC Pin registration
• Ideally have experience in Neuro / Brain injury
• Possess necessary clinical skills

The responsibilities of a Staff Nurse:

• Protecting and supporting the health of patients
• Development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care including discharge planning for each patient
• To act as the primary nurse for inpatient stay
• To liaise effectively with all actively involved in the care process, including carers and relatives, aspiring to provide an effective, seamless and integrated service to patients.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for the support workers and students.
• To take appropriate action when working with vulnerable adults and children following guidelines and procedures, liaising with appropriate agencies as required.
• To ensure a comprehensive assessment is completed for the patients / residents to ensure a comprehensive person centred assessment is completed for their pathway.
