A leading private hospital in the Nottingham area is looking to recruit a Registered Adult Nurse/RGN to join their day nursing team in the Cardiology department on a full-time permanent basis. Part-time contracts will also be considered.

As a Staff Nurse you will need to prepare an operating theatre for surgery in relation to instrumentation, equipment and supplies required for specific operative procedures, ensuring waste is kept to a minimum. You will be required to perform scrub duties, and make sure to provide high standards of effective care are delivered to all patients within the theatre suite.

What we’re looking for in a Staff Nurse:

• NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN or HCPC Registered ODP

• At least 2 years’ experience within a cardiac catheter lab scrubbing

• Experience of working effectively in a team with minimum supervision is essential

• Good clinical knowledge and understanding

• Good communication, interpersonal, time-management and organisational skills
