Anaesthetic Theatre Practitioner - Theatres | Band 5/6 | Cambridge Lea | Full Time, No Nights | £5000 Joining Bonus Included!!!
Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital are looking to recruit a passionate and committed Anaesthetic Theatre Practitioner to join our friendly operating theatre team. Consultants come to work with us from all across the UK and you will work closely with them and be exposed to the latest innovative, evidence-based clinical techniques. This post attracts bonus premium of £2,000 on commencement of employment, a further £1,000 at the end of each year for the first 3 years. (Terms & Conditions apply)
Most important is that our Theatre staff /ODPs are experienced in a variety of surgical procedures, or are willing to learn new procedures and techniques under expert supervision. Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare the operating theatre/anaesthetic room for surgery in relation to instrumentation, equipment and supplies required for specific operative procedures, ensuring waste is kept to a minimum
- Ensure the Patient Record is completed in a timely and accurate way
- Perform anaesthetic duties
. Who we're looking for
- Be NMC/HCPC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
- Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
- Strong communication skills
- You will have the opportunity to hone your skills as the unit performs various surgical procedures ranging from General Surgery, Orthopaedic, ENT, Plastics and Ophthalmic
