Job Description
The purpose of the post is to support the CJLDS in attending to important care linked tasks through a range of administrative and customer care skills. The STR support Worker role will include both clerical and clinical tasks dependant on service needs.
Employment in this post is subject to a satisfactory Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service and police vetting.
This post is subject to a six month probationary period for candidates external to the Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust.

Induction.
KMPT is committed to supporting all new staff and this includes a comprehensive Induction programme. The duration of the programme is dependent on role and can be from 2 days to 4 weeks (not always consecutive days).
