About the hospital;

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Staff Nurse ( RGN ) to join a highly reputable and dynamic private hospital based in Washington, Tyne and Wear. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Staff Nurse ( RGN ) to join their friendly surgical ward team on a permanent basis. The hospital is a 35 in-patient bedded hospital offering a range of services and facilities including 4 operating theatres including Orthopaedics, Gynaecology and a Diagnostic Suite. The team are passionate about the high quality care they provide and looking for a like minded Staff Nurse ( RGN ) to join the team.

Duties and responsibilities

You will be working on a surgical ward as part of our nursing team and will be responsible for:

• Provide exemplary planned care for post-operative patients
• Working across a variety of surgical procedures
• Assessing patients' health and well being across a complex and changing caseload
• Actively promoting best practice and contribute towards quality improvements
• Collect, collect and organise data to make justifiable assessment

Who we're looking for

• Be NMC registered RGN - your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• Previous UK experience working in an acute of surgical ward setting
• Able to showcase excellent patients care
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible and eager to learn
