If you'd have worked in this role last week, you might have:

• Ensured the timely and effective communication is maintained with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to achieve planned goals.
• Assisted with the assessment/evaluation, admission, care programme and discharge processes of all residents.
• Administered and ordered medicines as required by the home in accordance with the homes' policies and procedures.

What you need to offer:

As a qualified Nurse earning up to £20 per hour, you'll have up-to-date knowledge of nursing theory and best practice. You'll need a minimum of six months' experience in a similar role - perhaps as a Staff Nurse - and must have NMC registration and a current nursing PIN.
