We are looking to hire a PCN Pharmacist at a local GP surgery in Darlington.

This surgery are able to hire a Pharmacist for up to full time hours, but will consider 30 hours + if you are needing a more part time schedule. The will be able to offer training and inclusion on the CPPE scheme so that you can develop and progress throughout your career as a Primary Care Pharmacist.

They will need you to be confident with Medicines Management, Optimisation and repeat Prescriptions. You will develop your primary care understanding and learn skills within chronic disease management and some basic minor illness.

The successful candidate will not need to have had General Practice experience, but some understanding on how Primary Care works would be beneficial. So those from a Hospital or Community background are welcome to apply.

You will earn a salary of around £43,000-£49,000 depending on your skills and experience, you will also receive NHS pension, indemnity and 6 weeks of annual leave.
