Registered Nurse required for a Private Family Home in Dunshaughlin. We are seeking a caring and compassionate RGN/RCN to join an experienced team in providing the highest standard of Nursing care to patients in a caring and supportive environment.

Hours: 7 x 8 hour night shifts - 23.00hrs - 07.00hrs

Care Requirements:

" Tracheostomy Management/ Care

" Enteral Feeding

" Medication Management - to include nebulisation

" Monitoring signs of deterioration

" Emotional / Family Support
