Fantastic opportunity for a proven Physiotherapy Manager to lead and join this amazing Hospital! Our client is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Physiotherapist with prior managerial experience.

As a registered physiotherapist with the Health Professions Council and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy the Physiotherapy Manager will provide a professional, safe, and efficient service to both inpatients and outpatients attending the Hospital.

About:

• HCPC registered and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
• Taking lead of physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of patients.
• Positively engage with and empower colleagues to develop their own competence in using different physiotherapy interventions.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership and management.
• Proven post-graduate experience in Physiotherapy with a wealth of clinical experience.
• Within this role you'll be required to maintain and develop excellent relationships with patients, consultants, GPs, suppliers, and other key stakeholders
• This role will involve a lot of management across some of the following areas of the Hospital: Budgets, quality and financial KPIs, policy compliance, audits and action planning to provide growth and strategy to the department.

The Candidate

• HCPC registered, chartered physiotherapist.
• Minimum of 6 years' postgraduate experience
• MSK experience is essential
• Proven track record in supervising and managing physiotherapists
• Strong mind with ideas of improving the physio department
• Someone who is looking to get involved in projects and enhancing the services provided

Salary and Benefits

• Competitive salary up to £47,500 per annum
