Care Assistant - Richmond & Kingston - £11ph

Salary: £11ph week days, £12ph weekends
Hours: Flexible hours between 7am - 9pm
Service: Domiciliary Care

Do you have a naturally caring and empathetic personality? Ellie at Amber Mace is looking for the perfect care assistant in Richmond/Kingston to join a team that provides care and support to people in their own homes.

You will be joining a supportive and caring team, who put first class care at the heart of everything they do. This forever expanding company who offer exceptional care the elderly, some of who have dementia and other related conditions who need support within their home. Full in house training will be provided, although it would be desirable to have some experience within this care sector.

The key responsibilities of our Care Assistants include:
• Provide a high standard of individual and bespoke care to the residents at all times
• Working well as part of the care team
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Adhere to all company and local policies/procedures

Skills/Qualifications for the Senior Care Assistant:
• Experience working in a similar setting
• Excellent communication & organisational skills
• Ideally NVQ Level 2 Qualified


In return, my client will offer an hourly rate of up to £12ph and a fantastic benefits package, including excellent career progression and training.
