Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications for the role of Consultant Anaesthesiologist with a special interest in pain medicine/Consultant in Pain Medicine, to join a dynamic private healthcare provider.

Based in Dublin, the role provides an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team who provide total patient centred care for spinal disorders in conjunction with a world recognised group of Irish hospitals. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of spinal surgeons, physiotherapists and nurse practitioners to develop a rapid access service for spinal pain across multiple sites.  There will be a strong emphasis on interventional pain procedures with access to facilities for procedures under local and general anaesthesia, with an emphasis on ambulatory care.

This is a new post offering a permanent contract. 

All interested applicants are required to have/be eligible for registration as a specialist in the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland in the specialty of anaesthesiology

And

One-year certified postgraduate training in pain medicine.

Or

Two years certified postgraduate training in pain medicine and possession of the Fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine of The College of Anaesthesiologists of Ireland or its equivalent.
