Private Patient Sales Advisor - Bank Position

Duties and Responsibilities:

Use the CRM system fully and correctly - ensure all enquiries, including paper enquiries are inputted onto the CRM system; maintaining accurate patient records and sales activity to robustly manage and convert enquiry leads.
Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and record data for patients in a timely manner.
Ensure the accurate and timely pricing of procedures for patients ensuring excellent customer service and opportunity for conversion
To actively work with other departments to ensure patient journey issues are addressed, patient queries are resolved and opportunity for conversion is maximised
To convert telephone and e-mail enquiries to out-patient appointments or procedures, tests or therapies, in order to meet monthly conversion rate targets and self-pay revenue and admission targets
Effectively sell against competitor hospital by understanding Spire Healthcare USP's and reinforce the USP's
Support consultants and other hospital staff in face to face discussions on patient pricing queries ensuring patient questions are addressed
Undertake all work in accordance with company and hospital policies and procedures
Will be required to cover holidays and also provide support / cover across our insured department
To assist with any other reasonable duties required by your line manager.

Who we are looking for:

Essential

Experience in a customer service or sales administration role, handling a large number of customer enquiries and meeting sales targets
Numeracy with the ability to calculate procedure prices
Effective IT skills and knowledge.
Adept at handling various calls on a daily basis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable

Knowledge of the healthcare market and medical terminology
Private Hospital experience
Customer service or sales qualification
