Essential criteria
- Numerate and literate. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Educated to GCSE level A-C or equivalent.
Essential criteria
- Administration experience. Customer Service experience. Reception experience.
- Previous hospital experience.

- Understanding of confidentiality. Ability to follow procedures and protocols.
- Experience of using EPIC data entry.

- Keyboard skills. Good organization skills/ability to prioritise. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work as part of a Team. Ability to act on own initiative. Methodical. Ability to work under pressure.
