Position: Staff Nurse

Salary: £34,125 per annum
Hours: Day and Night shifts (8:00 -8:15) full time

About the Home:

Our modern and homely 83 bed care home with scenic countryside views in Caerphilly, South Wales offers high quality 24-hour care for elderly and younger residents requiring dementia, nursing care and residential support with a range of health needs. Individualised care plans are offered to those who are living with dementia and long-term residential needs. We are looking for a registered nurse to come and join our team. You will be responsible and accountable for the well-being of residents within the care home ensuring that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met, whilst helping to achieve their full capabilities.

Training & Development:

The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. Nurses will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where nurses can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.
