Clinical Unit Manager
  • Location: Northwood, Greater London
  • Position: Clinical Unit Manager ( RGN, RMN, RNLD)
  • Service: Nursing care for older and younger adults
  • Salary: Up to £56,559 per annum
  • Hours: Full time
  • Shift Pattern: Days/ Nights/ Mixed as per your preference
  • Contract type: Permanent

About the Home:

Our care home based in Northwood, Greater London, offers nursing, residential and care for those with Dementia, mental health, physical disability and Old Age-related needs. We also offer a space for people to rest, relax and recover with short stays too. We are looking for a fantastic clinically trained Unit Manager to come and join us and the fantastic team.

About the role:

As the Clinical Unit Manager nurse this will mean overseeing the care of every one of the residents in your area of the care home. You'll even run the whole home when the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager are absent. And, whether you're following up on any resident visits related to ill health, administering prescribed medicines or keeping records to meet statutory legal requirements .

Training & Development:

The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. Nurses will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where nurses can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.
