Sister - Charge Nurse
Up to £43,000 (37.5hrs pw) + Enhancements
Orpington, Kent

Our client is looking for a full time Sister - Charge Nurse to join the team of staff in the wards department. The Hospital covers a wide variety of surgical procedures, you will support in the day to day management of the ward.
Located in Orpington, the Hospital has fantastic transport links and also offers free parking.
Candidates will be keen to learn and develop new skills and continue to grow their career and applications are welcome from either Nurses or ODP's.
Requirements:
- Qualifications including NMC
- Post-registration experience - including in acute nursing care.
- Excellent communication skills and will be a great team worker. You will also be flexible and motivated.
Duties:
- Responsible for day to day management of the Hospital Ward, and its staff.
- Providing clinical leadership in an effective and efficient management of ward resources, driving clinical excellence in all aspect of care received by patients.
- Working to maintain and enhance the customer service and satisfaction of service users.
- Responsible for leading and supporting the nursing team to meet all aspects of the clinical governance agenda.
- Deliver high quality care and experiences for patients, which is always clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate.
- As part of the wider hospital team you will interact with colleagues in the theatres because you understand that continuity in patient care is key.
