The post would suit unqualified individuals with care experience who are looking for a career within the NHS. Qualified therapists are unlikely to be suitable for a post, as the ideal candidate will be committed to developing the role and taking it forward.

Applicants should be able to work independently and as part of a team.They will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be committed to further personal and professional development.
