Person specification Educational & Qualifications Essential criteria
- Degree or equivalent experience or training, plus further staff and project management knowledge to post graduate diploma level equivalent.
- Certificate in Management Studies or equivalent
Desirable criteria
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
General Experience Essential criteria
- Experience of managing and leading healthcare services within a healthcare setting.
- Experience of working within complex organisations.
- Experience of managing change and developing practice.
- Evidence of partnership working across organisational boundaries.

- Proven track record of achieving healthcare targets
