Preceptorship Nurse - Learning Disabilities- Outstanding CQC
Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Hospital offers a structured and thorough 2 week induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the hospital. You will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills. You will receive ongoing support from your Manager. Training and development is one of the major ethos' of the hospital. There are no limits to training and development as the hospital will fund any training course you would like to do that is relevant to your job role.

- RMN, RGN or RNLD Newly Qualified Nurse - Preceptorship available within a specialist 13 bed learning disabilities service. providing nursing care, treatment and rehabilitation for adults aged 18 and upwards, with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, co-morbid mental health problems, autistic spectrum conditions and complex needs

- £1,000 welcome bonus - paid in two instalments - £500 in your first pay cheque and £500 on completion of your probation
