We are recruiting a nursing role, with a candidate who can deliver high-level care to our clients in the community

With flexible working hours, we are looking for an experienced nurse to deliver at home care to our practice members across Central London

A Monday to Friday roll with one weekend roted per month, there is also flexibility to increase or decrease hours depending on your situation

with quarterly bonus based on performance.

We are looking for both a full-time and part-time nurse to join our team of 8, you'll be fully supported with our doctors and team of four secretaries and administrators. With paid for CPD courses and professional development.

This role requires somebody with excellent organisational skills, used to a high level of service, the ability to prioritise and who thrives under pressure

The Role

Working exclusively with patients in their homes delivering iv therapies - Obtaining blood samples - Checking vital signs - Liaising with other health care professionals - Part of a larger team of nurses, health professionals and admin team to support

The Candidate:

We are in search of a highly organised candidate; must have a good understanding, ability and desire to deliver high end clinical service. The candidate must not only be qualified but also have high levels of experience and empathy to be able to handle home visits independently and comply with the high-quality standards requested by this post.

Proven track record of phlebotomy, administering subcutaneous medications and IV therapies

Excellent peripheral venipuncture, cannulation and IV administration

Fluency in English a necessity and spoken Arabic, Russian or Portuguese a bonus

NMC registration OR appropriate clinical certification required (NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Care certificate)

Outgoing personality with good interpersonal and organisational skills

Passion for health and well-being

Remuneration

per day £210 FT, £41-50k pa depending on experience
