A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Dudley-based experienced nurse with unit manager experience. There is a vacancy for a Clinical Lead Nurse to work for a healthcare provider in a nursing home in Shard End, Birmingham. The role offers an hourly rate of up to £19 per hour.

As an RGN, RNLD or RMN qualified nurse, the unit manager will oversee a team administering to dementia and palliative care patients, in a large, purpose-built nursing home surrounded a great clinical team and great support from the management team. As Clinical Lead / Unit Manager, you will head up the Dementia Nursing Unit.

If you were in this role already, you would have spent the last week:

• Providing practical, emotional and supervisory support to a team of nurses and care staff on the unit
• Led by example in all matters, ensuring high standards of care are adhered
• Kept comprehensive online records relating to all admin aspects of the care home
• Enjoyed the benefits of ongoing training and development

This is a full time, permanent position involving on day shifts. To apply, you will need relevant nursing qualifications and previous Clinical Lead Nurse experience - preferably working in a care home environment, ideally in a unit manager or other supervisory role.
