Job Description

Our client runs a purpose-built nursing home, which has been CQC-rated good. It is a 50-bed nursing home caring for patients requiring either residential, dementia or short-term respite care. Your primary responsibilities in this RN job include:
- Assessing the needs of our client's residents and formulating person-centred care plans
- Ensuring that medical, physical and emotional needs of their residents are met
- Administering medication safely
- Reviewing residents' well-being and carrying out risk assessments
