Our client runs a purpose-built nursing home, which has been CQC-rated good. It is a 50-bed nursing home caring for patients requiring either residential, dementia or short-term respite care. Your primary responsibilities in this RN job include:

  • Assessing the needs of our client's residents and formulating person-centred care plans
  • Ensuring that medical, physical and emotional needs of their residents are met
  • Administering medication safely
  • Reviewing residents' well-being and carrying out risk assessments
