A great new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Rapid Response Nurse to work in a exceptional hospital based in the Gravesend, Kent area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This hospital provides many services and works as a walk-in centre for patients who have an urgent but not life threatening illness or injury

**To be considered for this position you must have a current active NMC Pin. Will also accept NEWLY QUALIFIED NURSES**

As the Rapid Response Nurse your key duties include:

• Enhanced clinical assessment/ decision making and treatment planning to help supports patients safely at home and reduce unnecessary hospital attendance/admission

• Collaborative working/ joint visits alongside therapy colleagues within the team to promote holistic person centered assessment and approach to care

• Ability to apply a problem solving approach when faced with complex situations

• Support with line management of staff HCAs/support workers within the services

• Contribute towards service development/in-service training

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• You will need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Able to show a can-do attitude always

• Use your strong communication and organisation skills, along with a flexible approach

• Able to deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey

• Experience of working in a hospital or similar setting

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary up to £31,534 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
