Our client's nursing home in Lichfield provides accommodation and dementia nursing/personal care for adults over 65 years. All their residents are treated as individuals and are encouraged to be as independent as possible, knowing assistance is always there if they need it. The home manager is an RN, and the nursing team take great pride in ensuring each resident is happy, comfortable and content.

In this RN role, you will be working 12-hour shifts working days. In addition to your salary, you will receive great benefits plus ongoing training and support.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Managed all aspects of staff activity, including recruitment, supervision, development and training
• Worked with the Head Office functional teams and Group Manager to ensure compliance with all regulations
• Maintained the day to day running of the care service
• Supported residents with all aspects of their agreed support plan and risk management plans
