Our client's nursing home in Cardiff provides accommodation and dementia nursing/personal care for adults over 65 years. All their residents are treated as individuals and are encouraged to be as independent as possible, knowing assistance is always there if they need it. The home manager is an RN, and the nursing team take great pride in ensuring each resident is happy, comfortable and content.

In this RN role, you will be working 12-hour shifts, either day or night. In addition to your salary, you will receive great benefits plus ongoing training and support.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Protecting and supporting the physical and mental health of patients/residents
• Overseeing medication management
• Carrying out general nursing duties, including observations
• Treating patients/residents for disease, disorder or injury
• Implementation and evaluation of care programmes
