Care Home Manager - Market Drayton

Ref: AP22003

I am currently recruiting for my client's Residential Home based in Market Drayton, who are actively looking for an experienced Home Manager to join their team and lead from the front! The home is registered for a maximum of 30 service users.

£40,000 per annum, negotiable for the right candidate
Full-time, permanent employment

Home Manager experience/ qualifications/ skills:

NVQ level 5 is desired as a home manager
Experience as a Home Manager within a nursing or residential home

Care Home Manager duties:

Overall running of the care home
Managing budgets
Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regards to care
To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
