An amazing clinical lead position has become available in a Good CQC rated care home. 58 bedded care home. Nursing home based in Southampton is a modern and progressive elderly nursing care provider which has served the community for over four decades.

The home has the latest care equipment, digitalised care note systems to allow better management of care plans.

The home has ensuite rooms, multiple reception spaces and landscaped gardens.

Salary up to £43,000

The role is supernumerary, but you will also be required to work on the floor occasionally.

What are we looking for?

• You will be working in a senior role at present
• You will be a registered general nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin
• Knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
• Conduct investigations as directed by the home manager, following an accident, incident, or complaint.
• Responsible for monitoring the state of well being of each resident and adjusting care plans to any changes that need to be met.
