Many of the Nurses that we work with aspire to work in an environment where they feel valued. This leading private hospital addresses this desire – their nursing teams benefit from continued training and development, their nurse-to-patient ratio creates a real opportunity to care for patients and they constantly seek feedback from employees on how to improve their service.

Perhaps you want to work with a senior management team who are committed to investing in both their people and their hospital. Maybe you would benefit from being mentored by industries in the field and developing your leadership skills.

3 great things about this healthcare provider:

• One of the UK’s leading Healthcare providers with a commitment to investing in the best technology and treatments. Their consultants are industry leaders, and their hospitals consistently rank as some of the best in UK.

• This 30 bedded ward offer haematology, chemotherapy, auto immune and radiotherapy services - with plans to move to a brand new, purpose-built hospital in the next 12 months, you can be assured your patients will receive the best care possible.

• Committed to investing in their people, you can expect external oncology and radiotherapy training, support with your chemotherapy qualification and access to specialist study days. Many of their team have been supported with master’s equivalent qualifications.

One of their Nurses stated, ‘I became a Nurse because I wanted to help people. Working with this organisation I have the time and space to do what I’m passionate about and I’m supported in developing my skills’.

What you will do as an Oncology Nurse:

• Care for your patients! Working with a specialist team you will provide dedicated support for patients undergoing treatment for all forms of cancer including chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy.

• Provide comprehensive and dedicated support for your patients and their families. This is not an easy specialty to work within, we are looking for people who are empathetic and go above and beyond for their patients.

• You must be a Registered Nurse, an active NMC registration and a proven track record of working within oncology.
