Hours and Shift Patterns: This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week over Monday – Saturday. Various shift patterns including early, mid and lates. Part-time hours may be considered for the right individual.

The Scrub Practitioners that we represent sometimes feel discouraged when success and individual achievements aren’t recognised or celebrated. Working with this leading private hospital you will not be a ‘cog in a machine’ as this hospital solves this problem for their theatre teams by creating a supportive environment with regular departmental competitions, social events and staff awards!

Perhaps you want to feel empowered to make decisions relating to patient care and supported to become an expert within your field! Maybe you want to have access to SFA, specialist cardiac courses as well as continuous investment in other clinical qualifications – there is ample opportunity to progress!

3 great things about this healthcare provider:

• A premium private healthcare provider with access to the best technology and treatments. Their consultants are industry leaders, and their hospitals consistently rank as some of the best in the UK.

• Committed to developing their team, you can expect access to specialist clinical qualifications, clinical study days and leadership courses.

• Join a passionate and hardworking team – this is a positive working environment; new ideas are encouraged, and achievements are recognised through regular staff awards and team social events.

A Theatre Practitioner stated, ‘I love working here – we are a busy department offering a variety of complex procedures! You will be joining a likeminded team who love what they do and are committed to delivering patient-cantered care.”

What you will do as a Theatre Practitioner – Cardiac Scrub (RGN/ODP):

• You will provide an effective and efficient service whilst ensuring optimum patient care. The post requires good communication skills and a desire to achieve the best outcome.

• As an integral part of the team you will play an essential role in the day-to-day running of the department, making decisions relating to patient care and assisting senior practitioners, consultants, and surgeons.

• You must be NMC or HCPC registered with a positive approach and genuine desire to expand your skills. You must have proven experience within Cardiac Scrub.
