Registered Nurse

  • Negotiable Salary: up to £18.73 per hour + Paid Breaks (£40,400 based on 42 hour contract at £18.50ph)

Nursing Home Details: I am looking for highly motivated experienced or Newly qualified Band 5 Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD to work within a beautiful family friendly care home located in Poole, Dorset as part of our nurse team. Our care home is a purpose-built home offering nursing, dementia and palliative care. Short stays are offered, and day care too, to help both carers and their elderly loved ones at times when they need a break or a little extra support.

Joining our team: you will be responsible and accountable for the well-being of residents within the care home ensuring that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met, whilst helping to achieve their full capabilities.

Provide leadership to the team to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient running of the care home in accordance with the policies of the company and the registering authority guidelines.
