Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for a RGN Home Manager for their medium nursing home based around Taunton. This would be an opportunity to work for a reputable care provider whilst taking on the management of a successful elderly care service.

This role would suit a RGN qualified Home Manager that has experience managing a medium-large nursing home. You will need to be passionate about care and have experience successfully managing a care service. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centered care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you are leading, and ensuring sound financial performance.  

The Candidate   

The successful candidate must have experience managing a nursing service and be able to show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' - 'Outstanding' CQC reports. Ideal candidates will have a background in troubleshooting and networking with the local community.

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, network with the local community, and ensure the residents are cared for to the best possible standard.

Requirements

Nursing home management experience (essential).

RGN/RMN Qualified (essential).

Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.

Driving license and own vehicle are required.

Location   

The home is based near Taunton and would be a suitable commute from Glastonbury, Somerton, Bridgwater, Yeovil, Ilminster and Crewkerne.

Summary   

My client is seeking an experienced RGN Nursing Home Manager who has a track history of managing successful homes. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of up to £50,000.
