We are working with a care provider that operate a portfolio of care homes across the UK and are looking for a new Home Manager to take on the full day to day operations of a service in Bolton. This is a large care home that provides nursing & residential care for elderly people, as well as care for people with dementia.

The company are looking for a new manager who has experience of managing a large care home and able to lead a staff team to provide high quality care for its residents. The role itself will require you to lead a large staff team and liaise with various external stakeholder's to ensure the success of the care home. The role also offers you:

The Candidate

The successful candidate must be an experienced, committed and a personable manager who genuinely has a passion for elderly care. The client requires someone who has worked within an elderly care home and preferably ran a large care home and achieved a 'Good'/'Outstanding' in line with CQC requirements.      

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to provide high quality care. This position requires a commercially aware person who can recruit, retain and motivate a competent staff team, as well as being comfortable with budgeting and ensure the home goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care for its residents.

*Preferably Nurse qualified (RGN / RMN)*

Location

This role is based in Bolton, Lancashire and is commutable from St Helens, Wigan, Preston, Chorley, Manchester, Greater Manchester, Burnley, Stockport and Warrington.

Summary  

My client is seeking a Nurse qualified Home Manager preferably with exposure to management of an elderly care home, where the successful candidate can lead on running a successful care home in line with CQC requirements. In exchange, my client is offering a salary package of up to £58k p.a. + bonus.
