Nursing Home Details: I am looking for highly motivated experienced or Newly qualified Band 5 Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD to work within a beautiful family friendly care home located in Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire as part of our nurse team. Our care home is registered to provide accommodation for up to 55 people who require nursing or personal care. The service supports older people with dementia nursing needs.

Joining our team: you will be responsible and accountable for the well-being of residents within the care home ensuring that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met, whilst helping to achieve their full capabilities.

Provide leadership to the team to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient running of the care home in accordance with the policies of the company and the registering authority guidelines.
