Our client operates a unique home in a great location, which provides exceptional quality care to adults with learning disabilities and gives them a comfortable, safe, and homely environment in which they can thrive

We have been asked to find a suitably qualified and experienced Learning Disability nurse who can successfully support the manager with expert skills and knowledge, and who can bring a refreshing, innovative, and positive attitude to the home. Many of the residents have complex care requirements, and your role will be key in ensuring that the enthusiastic and committed staff team have all the training required to fulfill the needs of their residents.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have

A current NMC registration as RNLD

Several years of experience within LD services

Excellent leadership skills

The ability to mentor and motivate your staff team

Great ideas on how the home can improve its offering for Adults with LD and complex needs
