Job Description

My client is looking for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their Practice on a permanent basis. You will be based on site in a GP Practice in Oldham and working alongside a multidisciplinary team of HCAs, Practice Nurses and GPs.

They are flexible and can offer either part time or full time hours for the right candidate.

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner you should have the following:

-Qualified to Masters degree level or equivalent
-Prescriber qualification
-Previous experience as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in a Primary Care setting
-Experience with Minor Illness/Minor Injuries, Triage, History Taking, Chronic Disease Management etc
