Newly Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse, Registered Learning Disability Nurse or Registered Adult Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work within a specialist, 20 bed home for adults with mental health problems or complex behavioural issues on a permanent basis. Flexible working options available and salaries up to £16.81 per hour

Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire

Salary: £33,524.40 - £36713.04 per annum ( £15.35 to £16.81 Per Hour ) + excellent benefits

Hours: Full or part time hours available

Shifts: Flexible - day shifts / night shifts / mixed shifts available

Further Details: A fantastic brand new opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Registered Mental Health Nurse, Registered Learning Disability Nurse or Registered Adult Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work within a specialist, flexible, person-centred home for adults with complex needs. The service is ideally situated in Barnsley and is within easy reach of public transport links, local shops and amenities. This warm and friendly home boasts a range of excellent facilities for the residents to enjoy including regular activities and days out to suit the residents interest. The home also offers a beautiful garden for residents to relax and unwind.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading and forward-thinking healthcare provider in one of their small, specialised care homes in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. The service provides person centred care for residents with a range of complex care needs for 20 adult males with mental health problems or complex behavioural issues. Normally our residents have often been placed within other settings which have been unable to meet their needs due to the level of behaviours they present. Along with diagnosis' like Huntingtons, schizophrenia and Bi-Polar, some of our residents also have physical disabilities which require nursing care. The Home Manager is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join the team on a permanent basis. The manager can be flexible to work full time, part time, days, nights or mixed shifts to suit you

Preceptorship nurses: In the case of newly qualified nurses ( Mental Health Nurse , Learning Disability Nurse and/or Registered Adult Nurse ), the service offers a fantastic preceptorship programme. They have a good number of experienced staff to support and mentor newly qualified nurses.

Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Service offers a structured and thorough 2 week induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the company. Training and development is one of the major ethos' of the company. There are no limits to training and development as the service will fund any training course you would like to do that is relevant to your job role.
