• Overall management of the home leading the home to success
• Have a positive attitude towards improving Standards of Care
• Possess good, strong leadership skills and works well as part of a team
• Have a strong and approachable personality and the desire to succeed

Skills/ Qualifications:
• Nurse Qualified with active pin and an RMA/NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care
• Management experience - previous experience managing a fully compliant care home
• Have a positive attitude towards improving Standards of Care
