Salary £27,785.70 to £34,510 per annum - ( £14.24 - £17.69 per hour ) (negotiable dependant on experience)

Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours are available - you can choose depending on your preference

Shifts : Flexible

Further Details : An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced RMN or RNLD ( Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse ) to work within fantastic Adult Acute Mental Health Hospital situated in Willenhall. . They are currently reviewing their staff rewards and wellness initiatives and welcome ideas from front line staff

Service Details: . The hospital provides Acute mental health services for males and females. The Hospital has 3 wards in total:

• 12 bedded male acute ward
• 8 bedded male acute ward
• 8 bedded female acute ward

Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Hospital offers a structured and thorough 2 week induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the hospital. You will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills. You will receive ongoing support from your Manager.

Preceptorship Programme: For all preceptorship nurses ( Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse ) the Hospital offers a fantastic preceptorship programme. They have a good number of experienced staff to support and mentor newly qualified nurses.

Shifts and Hours: The Hospital appreciates that flexible working options are important- therefore they can offer a range of options to suit your needs. The minimum hours per week are 2 long shifts and there is a days and nights mixed shift rotation expected however only ¼ of shifts per year will need to be on nights and they can be taken however you like (1 block etc) There is not set shift pattern so let us know your preference
